Sam has spent his career in B2B sales across software and services. He spent five years selling to the world's largest pharmaceutical companies as a frontline rep, before moving into leadership. He led InfoDesk as it worked with top consulting firms, banks, government institutions and large life science organisations in a complex, regulated software environment.

After a successful exit at InfoDesk, Sam co-founded Fryer Consulting and began advising private equity on deals, along with a number of high-growth businesses. As a founding partner in a private equity fund, he is also co-owner of several fast-growing AI software companies.

Grace spent 14 years in healthcare, working in high-pressure environments where organisation, precision and calm matter most. She began as a specialist nurse in both the NHS and private London hospitals, before completing a degree in public health and moving into health visiting, again for the NHS.

Grace then moved into business administration, leading initiatives for clients including Blueberry Capital and The Media House. As co-founder and Admin Lead, she heads our strategic admin support, from travel and expenses and QuickBooks data to company filings and process improvement.

Jade is an experienced marketing and operations leader with more than a decade in B2B information and technology businesses. After marketing roles at Informa and Leesman, she joined InfoDesk, rising from Marketing Manager to Marketing Director and then Vice President of Services, leading the global Customer Success and Professional Services teams.

Jade is currently CMO at Omnitheia. At Fryer Consulting she brings that blend of marketing leadership and operational delivery to our clients, from marketing audits and roadmaps to the processes that help growing teams scale.
